Syn free sausage

An easy way to save some Syns and make your own syn free sausage. I flavour mine as I love pork and tomato sausage.

This is a rough guide and you can switch it up how you want, seasoning is key though!

5% pork mince about 200g, tablespoon of mixed herbs (you can adjust this to taste), salt to taste (I add far too much as I love salt!!, any flavourings you want so today I’m adding tinned tomato, about a third to the mixed of pork to make pork and tomato sausage.

Mix the pork and all the ingredients together to bind it and make it a smooth mix rather than coarse and crumbly. Shape into sausage shapes.

Cook as you normally would!
