7sp breakfast hash weight Watchers flex

Easy and filling breakfast.

220g potato grated

100g onion (I used frozen diced onion)

Salt / pepper

1 wilkinger hot dog (3sp Each so point accordingly)

  1. Microwave the seasoned grated potato and onion until softened
  2. Flatten on a non stick tray (use fry lite if needed)
  3. Cook for about 15mins on 200oc then flip over when golden and crisp to brown the other side (my oven cooks super fast so you may need slightly longer cooking time)
  4. Top with the hot dogs or what ever you wish!
