
Creme egg scotch eggs
I love brownies, I love Scotch eggs and I love creme eggs. Mix them all together and what have you got? Well something disgusting if you use an actual
Make some brownies. Cool. Roll around a creme egg. Dust with chocolate. Done!
This is the brownie recipe I used
• 140g butter/flora
• 300g sugar
• 75g cocoa powder
• 60g plain flour
• 100g dark chocolate
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
-Heat the oven to 180c and line a brownie tin wth greased foil.
-Microwave together spread, sugar, cocoa powder & salt in short bursts until the spread has melted and the batter is warm
-Add in the eggs and flour, then the chocolate chips & vanilla
-Add to a lined baking tin and add the chocolate in little chunks to the mix
-We baked for about 23 minutes until a skewer came clean but with a slight fudgey residue was left.
Then leave to cool and roll around some creme eggs, dust in grated chocolate and your done!
